Add a watermark to every slide
Drop your .pptx, type “CONFIDENTIAL” or “DRAFT”, or add your logo. Pick where it sits and how see-through it is, and every slide gets it. Free.
Three steps, done
Upload the deck
Drop a .pptx. Every slide is listed with its title and ticked, so the watermark goes on all of them unless you untick some.
Set the watermark
Type the text, choose diagonal, centre or a corner, set the opacity, size and colour. Add a PNG or JPEG logo if you want one.
Download the marked deck
Press Add watermark and the new .pptx downloads, with the mark on top of everything else on each slide.
Your deck, with a voice
Narrated PowerPoint
Every slide voiced by an AI voice, timed to auto-advance. Download the .pptx and press play.

Before
A clean deck, unmarked
Sent to a client, a board or a reviewer, it looks final and official even when it’s a draft or under NDA.
After
CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT or your logo on every slide
A semi-transparent mark on top of each slide, in PowerPoint and in any PDF or screenshot made from it.
Sending it out? Let it present itself
A watermarked deck usually travels without you. Tell Noty in the Studio chat and every slide gets a voiceover, so the reader hears the story the way you’d tell it.
What gets added to each slide
The watermark is an ordinary PowerPoint shape, added last on each slide so it draws above your text, pictures and charts.
Diagonal, centre or a corner
Diagonal runs the text at 45° across the middle, the classic “CONFIDENTIAL” look. Centre keeps it level. Bottom right and top left keep it small and out of the way.
Opacity
Opacity is set on the text colour itself, from 10% to fully solid. Around 20–30% is visible without getting in the way of the slide.
Logo watermark
Add a PNG or JPEG and it’s placed at 15% of the slide width, keeping its proportions, in the chosen corner or the centre. A PNG with a transparent background looks cleanest.
Sized to your slides
Positions come from the deck’s own slide size, so a 4:3, 16:9 or portrait deck all get the watermark in the right place.
Run it again to change it
Every shape is named “Notevibes watermark”. Upload the watermarked file and add a new one, and the old mark is replaced rather than stacked.
Can it be removed?
Yes. It’s a normal shape, so anyone with the .pptx can select and delete it. For a mark that can’t be edited out, send a PDF made from the watermarked deck.
Watermarking a deck, three ways
In PowerPoint the usual way is to put the watermark on the slide master, which only works if every slide uses that master and nothing on the slides covers it.

Mark the deck above for free. When it needs to present itself, Noty narrates every slide and hands back the finished .pptx.
When a watermark helps, and what it can’t do
A watermark labels a deck. “DRAFT” stops a work-in-progress being mistaken for the final version. “CONFIDENTIAL” reminds everyone who opens it that it isn’t for forwarding. A logo marks the work as yours when slides are screenshotted and shared.
It doesn’t lock anything. In a .pptx, a watermark is a shape like any other, and anyone with PowerPoint can delete it. That is fine for labelling drafts; it’s not protection.
For a copy that’s harder to strip, export the watermarked deck to PDF. The mark becomes part of each page, and removing it takes real effort.
Keep it quiet. A diagonal mark at 20–30% opacity is readable at a glance without covering the content. For decks that are presented rather than read, a small corner mark or logo usually works better than a word across the middle.
Let the deck speak for itself
Noty writes the narration from your slides, voices every one of them in a natural voice or yours, and hands back a PowerPoint that plays itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I add a watermark to all slides in PowerPoint?
Drop the .pptx above, type the text, choose the position and press Add watermark. Every slide is selected by default, so the new file has the watermark on all of them.
Can I use my logo as a watermark?
Yes. Add a PNG or JPEG logo. It’s placed at 15% of the slide width in the chosen corner, or in the centre for the diagonal and centre positions, at the opacity you set. You can use text and a logo together.
Will the watermark cover my content?
It sits on top so it can’t be hidden by pictures or shapes, which is why it’s semi-transparent. The default is 25% opacity; lower it for a lighter mark, or pick a corner position to keep it off the main content.
Can the watermark be removed later?
Yes. It’s a normal shape named “Notevibes watermark” on each slide, so it can be selected and deleted in PowerPoint. To change it, run the watermarked file through the tool again and the old mark is replaced.
Does it show up in PDF exports?
Yes. The watermark is part of each slide, so it appears in a PDF, in printouts and in slide show.
Is my deck uploaded?
No. The file is processed in your browser and never leaves your computer.
Can Notevibes narrate the deck too?
Yes. Tell Noty in the Notevibes Studio and it writes narration for every slide from the slide text or speaker notes, voices it in a natural AI voice or your own cloned voice, and hands back a narrated .pptx that auto-advances, plus the MP3.
