Merge PowerPoint files into one deck
Combine two or more .pptx files in the order you choose. Each deck keeps its own design, speaker notes and media. Free.
Three steps, done
Drop your decks
Add two or more .pptx files at once, or one at a time. Each shows its slide count as soon as it’s read.
Set the order
Move decks up or down, or remove one. The first deck sets the slide size for the merged file.
Download one .pptx
Every slide in order, each with its original masters, layouts, theme, notes and media. Anything worth knowing, like a size mismatch, is listed.
Your deck, with a voice
Narrated PowerPoint
Every slide voiced by an AI voice, timed to auto-advance. Download the .pptx and press play.

Before
Several decks, several files
One from sales, one from product, one from finance. Switching files mid-talk, or rebuilding slides by hand to get them into one.
After
One .pptx, every deck in its own design
All the slides in the order you set, each looking the way its author made it, speaker notes included.
Merged decks, one narrator
A deck stitched from three authors reads like three talks. Tell Noty in the Studio chat and it narrates every slide in one voice, from the slide text or the speaker notes, and hands back a PowerPoint that plays itself.
What happens to designs, masters and slide sizes
A merged deck is built the way PowerPoint’s “Keep source formatting” works, applied to every slide at once: each deck brings its own design with it instead of taking on the first deck’s.
Each deck keeps its masters and layouts
The slide masters, layouts and themes of every deck are copied in alongside its slides. In PowerPoint, View → Slide Master shows one master per deck, and the layout gallery offers all of them.
Slide sizes are not rescaled
The merged file uses the first deck’s slide size. A deck with a different size, say 4:3 into 16:9, keeps its slides exactly as they were on the larger or smaller canvas, and the result tells you which deck differed.
Notes, media, charts and animations come along
Speaker notes, pictures, audio, video, charts, SmartArt, embedded files, transitions and animations are part of each slide and are copied with it.
Sections are dropped
PowerPoint sections refer to slides by id, and merging changes the slide list, so sections are removed to keep the file clean. Re-add them in PowerPoint with Home → Section.
Comments and embedded fonts
The first deck keeps its comments. Comments on the decks added after it are left out, and so are fonts those decks embedded; PowerPoint uses a similar installed font if one is missing.
Links
Links to websites and other files keep working. A link from one slide to another inside the same deck still points at that slide after the merge.
Merging decks, three ways
PowerPoint can merge through Reuse Slides or copy and paste, one deck at a time, and pasted slides take on the destination’s theme unless you remember Keep Source Formatting. Online mergers vary.

Merging decks from different people
The usual reason to merge is a shared presentation: each team builds its part, and someone has to turn five files into one talk. Merging keeps every contributor’s slides exactly as they built them, which is what you want on the day before the meeting, when nobody has time to redo slides.
Put the deck with the slide size you want first. The merged file takes the first deck’s size, and slides from a deck with a different size are placed on that canvas as they are. If one team used 4:3, their slides will sit with space on either side in a 16:9 deck; resize that deck in PowerPoint (Design → Slide Size) before merging if that matters.
Expect the layout gallery to grow. Every deck brings its own slide master, so Home → Layout lists the layouts of all of them. That is what keeps each part looking right. If you later want one look throughout, apply one theme from the Design tab and delete the unused masters in View → Slide Master.
The part that rarely comes out consistent is the delivery. Different authors write notes differently, and some write none. Noty can narrate the merged deck in one voice, writing narration for slides that have no notes, so the finished presentation sounds like one speaker even though five people built it.
Now make it one talk
Noty narrates the merged deck in one voice, natural or your own, and hands back a PowerPoint that plays itself.

Frequently Asked Questions
Does each deck keep its own design?
Yes. Every deck’s slide masters, layouts and theme are copied in with its slides, so each slide looks the way it did in its original file. In PowerPoint, View → Slide Master shows one master per merged deck.
What if the decks have different slide sizes?
The merged file uses the first deck’s slide size, and slides from the other decks are placed on it unchanged, not stretched or shrunk. The result lists any deck whose size differed. To get a different size, move that deck to the top or resize the decks in PowerPoint before merging.
How many files can I merge?
There is no set limit on files or slides. The decks are merged in your browser’s memory, so very large decks with lots of video take longer and need a computer with enough free memory.
Are speaker notes, animations and media kept?
Yes. Speaker notes, pictures, audio, video, charts, SmartArt, embedded files, transitions and animations belong to the slides and are copied with them.
What doesn’t carry over?
Sections are removed from the merged file, since the merge changes the slide list they point at. Comments and embedded fonts from the decks after the first are left out. Everything else on the slides comes across.
Can I change the order after merging?
Yes. The merged file is an ordinary .pptx, so drag slides around in PowerPoint’s slide sorter. Setting the deck order here first saves most of that work.
Can Notevibes narrate the merged deck?
Yes. Tell Noty in the Notevibes Studio and it narrates every slide in one voice, a natural AI voice or your own cloned voice, from the speaker notes or the slide text, and hands back a narrated .pptx that auto-advances, plus the MP3.
