What is a pitch changer?
A pitch changer (also called a pitch shifter or key changer) raises or lowers the pitch of audio without changing how long it plays. Twelve semitones equals one octave — +12 takes audio up an octave, −12 takes it down an octave.
How is this different from a speed changer?
A speed changer plays audio faster or slower, which drags pitch along with it — faster means chipmunk, slower means tape-stop. A pitch changer moves only the pitch and keeps the duration untouched. To change duration while keeping pitch, use the audio tempo changer instead.
How do I pitch down (or pitch up) an MP3?

Will the shifted audio sound natural?
